How long before jumping should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your time slot. Providing you have completed your waiver agreement online prior to arrival, this is how long check-in and the safety briefing takes.
Can you hire out the whole venue?
Yes absolutely, we are flexible and eager to help. Contact email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
Do you have a party price-list?
Our Jump n Munch package costs £18 per head, this includes a one hour jump session with grip socks, followed by 40 minutes in one of our dedicated party room, where you will be provided with pizza and unlimited squash. Our Jump n Go package costs £14 per head and includes the one hour jump session with grip socks and then 20 minutes in the designated party room for cake cutting (not supplied) and singing!

I don’t have a debit/credit card is there another way to pay?
You can pay when you arrive, however this means you don’t have a confirmed booking and we may be fully booked for the slot that you arrive for. This is extremely likely at weekends. Take a look at our booking system, work out when there is lots of free space then aim to arrive half an hour before that.
Can I cancel or transfer my booking?
Individual sessions: These cannot be cancelled, however please contact our reception desk to transfer your booking to another date or time slot preferably with 24 hours notice.
Party bookings: Cancellation with minimum 7 days notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation/Reducing guests with less than 7 days notice will only receive credit to the value of a jump session for each guest.
Private Hire/Large group bookings: All deposits are non-refundable (normally 50%)
Can I use my Gloucester Junior supporters card,gift voucher,promotion code for any sessions?
These cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted Jumptastic sessions/events.

Can I stay to watch my children jump?
Yes, the viewing area is upstairs and gives a Jumptastic view of the Jump Area
Do you have free WIFI?
No,we don’t currently have customer WIFI. This is something we hope to have resolved very soon.
Do you have free parking?
Yes we have over 230 spaces which we share with Homebase next door. Maximum stay 3 hours
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have £1 coin operated lockers located in our reception area and safety briefing area.
What should I wear?
Loose fitting clothing that will keep you cool. No sharp objects are allowed such as jewellery, studs or large belt buckles. Also ensure there is nothing in your pockets, we provide lockers in which to keep valuables.
You must wear non-slip socks at all times. These can be purchased at reception (£1.50 per pair) or at time of booking or you are welcome to wear your own non slip trampolining socks, if you have them.

Does every jumper have to have a signed waiver? Do you have to sign one every time you jump?
Yes, every jumper must have a signed waiver agreement or they will not be allowed to jump. If the person jumping is not over the age of 18 years old, an adult must sign the waiver on their behalf. Waivers completed online last for one year so no, you do not need to sign one every time you jump.
How much does it cost per hour to Open Jump for adults and children?
£10.00 per hour. If you don’t already have a pair of our Jumptastic non-slip socks you may purchase these which cost £1.50 or you are welcome to wear your own non slip trampolining socks, if you have them. We also provide reduced rates for large bookings, please contact Jumptastic to discuss your needs.
